Best crepes ever!

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 g of self raising flour
3 eggs
400 ml milk (any kind)
35 g butter

 

PREPARATION:

Put the flour in a large bowl and make a hole in the middle.

Put in the eggs (whole) and whisk to get a smooth batter.

Add the sugar, the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add the milk and the melted butter.

Whisk again and let it rest under a tea towel for half an hour.
