Simple And Fast Italian Pasta

Ingredients for 4 people: (15 min)

  • 2 oinions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 peppers
  • 1 courgette
  • pasta (I like Fusili for this receipe)
  • meat, Quorn or tuna
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp concentrated tomato paste
  • italian mix spices
  • light cream
  • optional: olives
  • optional: fresh basil leaves

 

Preparation:

Boil the water and put the pasta in it.

Finely chop the oinions and the garlic, and put them with the Quorn (or meat) in a hot wok with the oil.

Chop the peppers and the courgette,

When the oinions and the meat have a nice color, and add the veggies into the wok.

Add the tomato paste and the italian mix spices plus the cream.

Et voila! Easy, healthy and cheap…   🙂
