Ingredients for 4 people: (15 min)
- 2 oinions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 peppers
- 1 courgette
- pasta (I like Fusili for this receipe)
- meat, Quorn or tuna
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp concentrated tomato paste
- italian mix spices
- light cream
- optional: olives
- optional: fresh basil leaves
Boil the water and put the pasta in it.
Finely chop the oinions and the garlic, and put them with the Quorn (or meat) in a hot wok with the oil.
Chop the peppers and the courgette,
When the oinions and the meat have a nice color, and add the veggies into the wok.
Add the tomato paste and the italian mix spices plus the cream.
Et voila! Easy, healthy and cheap… 🙂
